"Tuna" Salad

We have been enjoying this in sandwiches or as a dip for chips/veggies.   A family fire d, Mrs K, introduced this to us back when my sisters and I were teenagers.  Its one recipie that I havent really played with because its simple and delicious!


"Tuna" salad

1 can garbanzos aka chick peas, drained
2 TBSP mayonnaise (vegan works as good as traditional)
2 pickles
Splash of pickle juice

  1. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor.  Mix till smooth.
  2. If you want chunks of pickles, leave them out and chop them up.  Throw then in once you have the spread smooth.
